Two separate incidents Rapper's Lil Wwayne and Ja Rule were both arrested last night in NYC. Jeffrey Atkins aka Ja Rule was arrested around 10:30pm last night with two other men for speeding in a luxury vehicle when the policy did a search they found a .40 caliber pistol in the vehicle. Few hours later Dwayne Carter aka Lil Wayne and another were smoking marijuana and according to police Lil Wayne was carrying a .40 caliber pistol. As of this morning both men are still in police custody.
