According to NY Daily News Jay Z is leaving Def Jam and it already in talks with Columbia Records. The reason for the leave because of Jermaine Dupri who is the president of Island Urban Music. A source says there isn't room for two kings at one label. You all know Columbia is the label of Jay Z girl Beyonce and you know Janet has come to Island Records with her man.
