A judge in the R. Kelly case has left his bond intact and have re-scheduled his trial for May 08. The judge said he did not want to put R. Kelly workers out of a job during the holidays. The judged mentioned that he was upset that R. Kelly currently on tour and missed his hearing but decided to give him a break. This man has been getting breaks for years. I guess R. Kelly will make it to Cleveland on December 23rd.
