Teddy Riley was one the hottest producers in the 90's with act Guy, Blackstreet and producing hits for Heavy D, Janet Jackson, Mary J. Blige and alot of others owes over 1 million dollars to creditors. His studio Future Records Recording Studio which was worth back in the day 3 million dollars which he is selling is now worth only $460,000.00 which is still not enough to get the New Jack Swing producer out of debt.
