Detroit Mayor Kwame Kilpatrick and his former Chief of Staff Christine Beatty have been charged with perjury for lying under oath about there affair during the Whistle Blower Trial. Who did not see this coming. This man has cost the city of Detroit 9 million dollars they are going to take him down!
