Finally the young man who was 17yrs old at the time who had consensual sex with the 15 yr old white girl in Georgia will finally be released according to AP. Let's be real his real crime was having oral sex with a white girl. The judge threw out Genarlow Wilson 10 year sentence amended it to a misdemeanor aggravated child molestation with a 12 month term with time served. As you know he has already spent 2 unnecessary years behind bars. The attorney generals office has filed an appeal which will probably prevent Genarlow for being released right away. Former president Jimmy Carter was one of his supporters.
