Tony Yayo has charges have been dropped for slapping a 14 year old boy. Another person came foward.
According to the police statement: "Fletcher saw a young boy wearing a Czar Entertainment T-shirt. Fletcher further stated that he slapped the boy across the face and began to grab the boy's shirt. At this point Marvin Bernard (Yayo) exited the vehicle, tried to restrain him (Fletcher) and get him back in the vehicle."
Fletcher's statements to police were made in the absence of his attorney so it is unclear what value if any, the confession will have.
Though Yayo's lawyer Scott Leemon was "very troubled" by the violation of Fletcher's Constitutional right to council, he expressed his intent to appeal to have his client cleared. "They disclosed it today," Leemon said of the statement. "And we plan to file a motion for dismissal." I wonder how much this paid? Just a thought!!!
